This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings of Es Ganxo House (Esnigulet SL, CIF B16572240, tourist licence ETV-10897). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment schedule
- Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: 25% when you book, 25% one month before arrival and the remaining 50% at check-in.
- Bookings made 30 days or less before arrival: 50% when you book and the remaining 50% at check-in.
2. Cancellation by the guest
- More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. We refund all amounts paid.
- 30 days or less before arrival: the amounts already paid are non-refundable.
- No-shows and early departures: non-refundable.
To cancel, use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email or write to us at info@esganxohouse.com. The date we receive your cancellation is the date that counts.
3. How refunds are made
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the booking.
4. Security deposit
If a refundable security deposit of 300 € is requested, it is returned after the stay once the villa has been checked, less any amount needed to cover damage, missing items or breaches of the house rules.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish consumer law (article 103 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services booked for specific dates. Cancellations are therefore governed by this policy.
