Conditions
- Prepayment of 25% of the total booking is required. The second 25%, 1 month before the arrival, and the remaining amount (50%) can be paid during check-in.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- Check-in at anytime after 3 pm.
- Check-out before 10 am.
- Parties, Pets and Smoking are NOT allowed.
- Refundable deposit of 300€ can be requested.
- Local Taxes of 2€ per night per person over 16 y.o. must be paid during check-in.
