Prices are per night for the whole villa, with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and final cleaning included. Book direct with no platform fees.

Conditions
- Payment: 25% to confirm the booking, 25% one month before arrival and the remaining 50% at check-in. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 50% when you book and 50% at check-in.
- Cancellation: free if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival. If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, the amounts paid are non-refundable.
- Check-in: from 3 pm. Check-out: by 10 am.
- House rules: no parties, no pets, no smoking.
- Security deposit: a refundable deposit of 300 € may be requested.
- Tourist tax: 2.20 € per person per night for guests over 16, paid at check-in.
- Maximum capacity: 6 guests.
