1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings of Es Ganxo House, C/ Patró Ganxo 3, 07680 Porto Cristo, Mallorca (tourist licence ETV-10897, NRUE ESFCTU0000070230011562340000000000000000000ETV/108979), operated by Esnigulet SL, CIF B16572240, C/ Miquel dels Sants Oliver 7A, 1º C, 07011 Palma, Spain. By making a booking you accept these Terms.
2. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the first payment has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation by email. The booking is a short-term holiday rental agreement between the guest and Esnigulet SL.
3. Prices
Prices are per night for the whole villa, for up to 6 guests, according to the rates published on our Rates page at the time of booking. A minimum number of nights applies depending on the season.
4. Payment
- 25% of the total price when you book.
- A further 25% one month before arrival.
- The remaining 50% at check-in.
For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 50% of the total price is paid when you book and the remaining 50% at check-in.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge if you do so more than 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, the amounts already paid are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are also non-refundable. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@esganxohouse.com.
6. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3 pm.
- Check-out: by 10 am.
7. Guests and house rules
- The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 guests.
- Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed.
- All guests aged 14 or over must provide a valid identity document at check-in, as required by Spanish law.
8. Security deposit
We may request a refundable security deposit of 300 €, which will be returned after the stay once the villa has been checked, less any amount needed to cover damage, missing items or breaches of the house rules.
9. Tourist tax
The Balearic Islands tourist tax is not included in the price. It is currently 2.20 € per person per night for guests over 16 and is paid at check-in.
10. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, or for interruptions to utilities or services beyond our control.
11. Personal data
Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the guest is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
